ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Places for People is the UK’s leading Social Enterprise that prides itself on creating happy, healthy, and inclusive communities.

Spearhead Interactive were commissioned to create and deliver a real-time 3D PC and Mobile Streaming site viewer for property improvement, installation examination and review purposes.

boundary & teleport systems

The software provides functionality to turn on and off visual boundaries and teleport points which transport the user to various areas around the property.

SITE & STREET VIEW NAVIGATION

The user is able to navigate around the property in either birds-eye view or first person based on their preference; allowing for full flexibility moving around the visualisation.

EXISTING & PROPOSED DESIGN views

At any point, the user is able to toggle between exisiting and proposed property designs to assess and confirm their investment across stakeholders, and co-ordinate installation with respective teams.

TIME OF DAY SYSTEM

Using the time of day system the user is able to visualise the property during the day and at night, with accurate simulations for all types of lighting around the property to assess security, light pollution etc.

DYNAMIC INFORMATION SCREEN

Information and help is available to users across PC and mobile platforms, with the software able to determine the type of device being used, and displaying the appropriate support screens.
